Wadding should be straight forward, but ends up being really complicated! To keep things simple, here are the waddings I use in my quilts (along with the Thermolam Acrylic Felt, available by the metre). Hobbs Heirloom Cotton is a great all round standard wadding. The polyester variety is good for things that are going to need lots of washing and the Thermore is fantastic and thin for miniatures. Maybe it isn’t so complicated after all!
